Renewed Horizons is a community interest company that supports people who are economically inactive or excluded from the labour market to move into employment and long-term independence.

We combine the proactive, employer-focused approach of a recruitment consultancy with the values and accountability of a social enterprise. Alongside our employment support delivery, we are developing a social value–led recruitment approach, working with employers to align entry-level hiring with inclusive employment outcomes.

Our delivery model is holistic and trauma-informed, shaped by the understanding that long-term unemployment and repeated rejection can significantly impact confidence, wellbeing, and motivation. Rebuilding self-belief, agency, and trust is a core part of how we support people back into the labour market.

We work one-to-one with individuals to identify barriers, build practical employability, and take a direct, hands-on approach to securing interviews, work trials, volunteering placements, and paid roles. Where appropriate, this includes employer brokerage and recruitment activity that creates fair and realistic routes into work.

Our impact is practical and outcomes-focused. From first engagement through to sustained employment, Renewed Horizons delivers personalised support that helps people move from unemployment into meaningful and sustainable work.

We're not a recruitment agency that's added a social value checkbox. Our social mission is legally embedded in our Articles of Association. Every outcome we report is independently verifiable.

Jordan Richards — Founder & Director

Jordan brings eight years of recruitment experience across public sector, housing, social care, FM and education — including six years operating within the Matrix SCM framework at Akton Recruitment.

Renewed Horizons was founded to apply that commercial expertise directly to communities that are consistently underserved by mainstream recruitment. The result is a model that works commercially and delivers real, evidenced community impact — at the same time.
